MONROE - Due to the Fourth of July holiday, there will be no garbage or recycling collection in Monroe on Wednesday, July 4.

Garbage and recycling collection for Wednesday will be collected on Thursday, July 5. The city asks that bags be at the curb by 7 a.m.
