The weekend will continue beginning around 9:30 a.m. June 10 with the making of a 90-pound wheel of Swiss cheese. The day will include alphorn blowing, accordion music, Swiss flag throwing and a demonstration called "The Making and Sampling of Cheese Spreads" at 1 p.m. by Art Bartsch. The museum and all events during the weekend are free. Food and beverages will be available throughout the day Saturday, featuring master grilled cheese sandwiches and cream puffs.
