MONROE - A Juda man facing charges of first-degree sexual assault involving three preteen girls was arrested this week for alleged violations of his parole on previous burglary convictions.

Micki F. Nafzger, 23, was arrested without incident at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Justice Center in Monroe and jailed, according to the Green County Sheriff's Office.

A Department of Corrections spokesperson, Tristan Cook, confirmed by email Friday that Nafzger had "alleged violations of his community supervision" but that the allegations are still under investigation.

If the DOC "determines that he violated the rules of his supervision, his agent will determine the appropriate response, which could include confinement time (on) up to revocation of his supervision."

Cook declined to specify what the alleged violations are.

Nafzger was sentenced in December 2011 to two-and-a-half years in prison and five years on extended supervision for burglaries of two homes in the Town of Sylvester in the fall of 2010.

He was 16 years old at the time of the burglaries.

The sexual assault charges against Nafzger were filed last year but stem from incidents that pre-date the burglaries. He allegedly raped two preteen girls in 2007, when he was 14. The third sexual assault charge stems from alleged sexual contact with a 10-year-old the following year.

A trial in the sexual assault case is scheduled for Nov. 27, with a motion hearing Nov. 3.
