MONROE — A Watertown man is charged with a second offense of operating while intoxicated after crashing his moped late Oct. 14 and sustaining injuries, Monroe police reported.

Eric C. Pann, 39, lost control of the moped and crashed in the 1300 block of 15th Avenue. Officers were called to the scene at 11:17 p.m.

Pann was transported by Green County EMS for non-life threatening injuries.

He is also cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.
