MADISON - Jenny Hickey of Monroe was a winner of $1,000 in the Wisconsin Lottery's weekly Super Second Chance drawing, according to a news release issued Thursday. Each week, the Lottery draws 10 Super Second Chance winners of $1,000 from more than 35,000 mail-in entries.
To qualify for Super Second Chance, players mail in $5 worth of non-expired, non-winning Wisconsin Lottery tickets in an envelope no larger than 4.5 inches by 9.5 inches to: Super 2nd Chance; P.O. Box 77006; Madison WI 53707-1006. The player's name, address and telephone number must be written on at least one ticket in each envelope. There is no limit on the number of entries.
