MONROE - At a meeting Nov. 9, the Monroe school board:
• Approved the resignation of support staff member Kristin Woelfel, Northside Elementary School aide.
• Accepted donations: $200 from the Alpha Delta Kappa Omicron Sorority for the Race to Read program; $1,098 from the Wisconsin State Journal for youth services/needs; $1,000 from the Green Bay Packers for the Monroe High School football program; $650 from Goetz Theatres/Duke Goetz for the MHS cross country program.
• Accepted the Carl Perkins Grant award of $27,150.
• Approved the requests of three students to leave the district.
Board member Michael Boehme was absent.
