On May 9:

● At 12:21 p.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident, with no reported injuries, on the eastbound off ramp from STH 11 at 6th Avenue West. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Darren B. Parker,  29, of Albany, had exited from STH 11 on the eastbound off ramp for 6th Avenue West, and rear-ended another eastbound vehicle operated by a 72-year-old Monticello man, who was stopped at a stop sign waiting to turn right on to 6th Avenue West. Both vehicles sustained functional damages and were driven from the scene. Parker was cited for following too closely and released pending a court appearance.
