MONROE - A Monroe man with four drunk-driving convictions was arrested again for the same offense early Sunday, according to the Green County Sheriff's Department.
David A. Wenger, 52, was jailed on a fifth-offense charge of operating while intoxicated after deputies stopped his vehicle at 1:48 a.m. Sunday in Monroe. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was previously convicted of third-offense OWI in Jan. 2005 and second-offense OWI in April 1996, also in Green County.
