MONROE - A 36-year-old Monroe man was charged with felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct Tuesday in Green County Circuit Court. Ryan E. Leistiko, arrested Monday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at a residence in Monroe, had a signature bond set at $10,000 with additional conditions that he have no contact with the alleged victim or have any contact at a residence in Monroe. Chief of Police Fred Kelley said there was at least one witness to the alleged sexual assault that occurred Monday afternoon.
