MONROE - Police arrested a Monroe man for driving while intoxicated, his fifth offense, in the early morning hours Sunday.
Steven A. Johnson, 44, was arrested at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 19th Street for DWI and open intoxicants in a vehicle.
