MONROE - In a meeting Tuesday, the City of Monroe Judiciary and Ordinance Review Committee met with the Green County Humane Society to discuss animal control regulations regarding the limit on the number of dogs and cats. The committee voted unanimously to keep the ordinance as it stands, which allows for a total of six animals at a home, up to three dogs and up to three cats.
