MONROE - EveryoneNeedsAHome announced that it received a grant from the Monroe Fund, a component of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc., to support the ENAH Pet Food Pantry.

The Monroe Fund responds to the area's not-for-profit organizations wanting to start new, innovative programs or expand current services and provides the greatest flexibility for addressing changing needs to advance the most promising, creative approaches to strengthening communities.

The ENAH Pet Food Pantry is located in Monroe and is open every third Thursday of the month. The pantry serves an average of over 60 families from Lafayette and Green County each month, and has helped more than 230 individual families since it opened in February 2011. The pantry distributes more than 1,200 pounds of food each month.
