MONROE - On Tuesday, Monroe Common Council: • Heard a report from newly-hired Cara Carper, executive director of the Green County Development corporation, including an update to plans for the business incubator and what the duties the GCDC performs, such as business retention and addition. • Approved a bank service contract extension with First National Bank. • Agreed to a fee schedule for dog park licenses of $30 for first dog, $5 for additional dogs and $8 for tag replacement as well as an increase to $10 for existing private city well permits.
