MONROE - The City of Monroe will hold a ribbon cutting and open house for the new Monroe Airport Terminal building, W4711 Highway 59. The ribbon cutting is set for noon Saturday, and the open house will be held until 4 p.m.
The new facility was constructed at a cost of $1,067,418 in large part through federal funding to the State of Wisconsin and FAA through the State of Wisconsin's Bureau of Aeronautics. The City of Monroe is contributing $35,020 to the facility project.
The event is open to the public.
