MONROE - Sixth-, seventh- and eighth-graders who are interested in learning dance skills from the Monroe High School dance team can register for the Monroe Middle School dance team.
The Monroe High School dance team will run practices Mondays from Oct. 26 through Nov. 16 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the high school M-Room.
Dancers can ride the bus to the high school.
Participants will then perform at halftime at the middle school boys basketball games on Tuesdays Nov. 3-17.
The cost is $15 and includes a T-shirt. Checks should be made out to Monroe Dance Team. Forms are available at the school or at the Monroe Parks and Recreation office.
