MONDAY, MARCH 10

• The Green County Highway Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the highway commissioner's office. Agenda items include budgetary status for 2007 and 2008.

• The Monroe Main Street Board of Directors will meet at 5:15 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include A Bicycle Friendly Downtown.

• The Albany Village Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include approval of a certified survey map for the Hidden Creek subdivision.

• The School District of Albany Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the school library. Agenda items include a closed session on perosnnel and student program matters that require a closed session.

• The School District of Albany Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. at the school library. Agenda items include a buget review of 2007-08 and projections for 2008-09.

• The School District of Black Hawk Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. at the library in Gratiot. Agenda items include a closed session to discuss an administrator contract.

• The School District of Argyle Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the high school library. Agenda items include approval of 2008-2009 program and staffing reductions.

• The Darlington Community School District Board of Education will meet at 8 p.m. at the board room in the elementary/middle school. Agenda items include a closed session review of superintendent candidates.

TUESDAY , MARCH 11

• The Lafayette County Commission on Aging Board of Directors will meet at 10 a.m. in the Job Center conference room on the second floor of the Darlington Municipal Building.

• The Green County Aging Advisory Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. in Yodel Hall in the Pleasant View Complex. Agenda items include the 2009 United Way grant.

• The Monroe Downtown Business Improvement District Board of Directors will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the basement conference room of the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include trash collection and snow removal for downtown.

• The Green County Property, Purchasing and Insurance and Loss Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the north library at the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include justice center lease with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and the Wisconsin Public Defender.

• The Green County Zoning and Land Use Committee will meet at 7:25 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include auditing bills.

• The Green County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the Green County courthouse. Agenda items include a presentation by Blackhawk Technical College president Eric Larson.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12

• The City of Monroe/Town of Monroe Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. at Monroe City Hall. Agenda items include review and discuss the ordinance and ETZ map.

• The Green County Law Enforcement Committee will meet at 6:45 p.m. in the Green County sheriff's Office. Agenda items include jail population update.

• The Monticello School District Finance Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the high school band room.

• The School District of Juda School Board will meet at 7 p.m. at the district office. Agenda items include consideration of revised policies on student scholarships and job descriptions.

• The Monticello School District Board of Education will meet at 7:30 p.m. in the high school band room.

THURSDAY, MARCH 13

• The Green County Aging and Disability Resource Center Subcommittee will meet at 2:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Government Services Building. Agenda items include a staff update.

• The Green County Long Term Support Planning Committee will meet at 3 p.m. in Yodel Hall in the Pleasant View Complex. Agenda items include staffing updates.

• The Senior Citizens Board will meet at 4:15 p.m. Agenda items include action on a request from the class of 1946 for a special reunion.

• The City of Monroe Visitor & Promotion Board will meet at 6 p.m. Agenda items include funding for Tourist Convention Complex for Badger Trailhead.

• The Monticello School District Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the high school band room. It is an informational meeting regarding the April 1, 2008 referendum.
