MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15>

• The Green County Auditing, Bonding and Claims Committee will meet at 10 a.m. in the basement conference room in the Green County Courthouse. Agenda items include departmental requests.

• The Southwest Family Care Alliance will meet at 3:30 p.m. in the Spring Green Community Library, 230 E. Monroe, Spring Green. Agenda items include staff wage and salary schedules.

• The City of Monroe Board of Public Works will meet at 4:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include quote acceptance and purchase authorization for salt and sand.

• The City of Monroe Public Safety Committee will meet at 5 p.m. in city hall. Agenda items include discussion and possible action to amend current bicycle routes and add new bicycle routes on request from Monroe Main Street.

• The Lafayette County Executive, Rules and Legislation Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the County Board room. Agenda items include discussion and possible action limiting overnight travel for department heads.

• The Village of Albany Joint Recycling Committee will meet at 5:45 p.m. at village hall. Agenda items include an additional charge for non-residents.

• The Sylvester Town Board will meet at 7:30 p.m. in town hall.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16>

• The City of Monroe Historic Preservation Commission will meet at noon at city hall. Agenda items include what to do with facade grant applications after funds for budget year are depleted.

• The City of Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee will meet at 6:25 p.m. in city hall. Agenda items include approval of using funds from TID #7 to pay for bicycle parking signs.

• The City of Monroe Salary and Personnel Committee will meet at 6:35 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include a closed session to recommend to City Council to hire a replacement accounting manager.

• The City of Monroe Claims Committee will meet at 7 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include review new information regarding claim from We Energies and take action.

• The City of Monroe License Committee will meet at 7:10 p.m. at city hall.

• The Monroe City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Agenda items include appointing Nancy Maliszewski to replace Sherrill Kelly on the Main Street Board.

• The Darlington Community School District Board of Education will meet at 8 p.m. in the elementary/middle school board room. Agenda items include consideration to purchase a freezer.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17>

• The Monroe Town Board will meet at 12:30 p.m. at town hall. Agenda items include a discussion of expenditures for the 2009 budget.

• The Lafayette County Building and Insurance Committee will meet at 2:30 p.m. in courthouse conference room 202. Agenda items include discussion and possible action regarding courthouse maintenance.

• The City of Monroe Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners will meet at 5:15 p.m. in the community center. Agenda items include a review of the 2009 recreation budget.

• The School District of Juda Handbook Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the district office at the high school.

• The School District of Juda Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 6:15 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.

• The Juda School Board will meet at 7 p.m. in the district office at the high school. Agenda items include consideraton of 2008-2009 district goals.
