DARLINGTON - A Benton man was arrested Friday for a fifth-offense drunk-driving incident in Darlington.
Nick Weber, 56, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. after a traffic complaint was made on Wisconsin 81 in Darlington.
Weber's fourth drunk-driving offense occurred in January 2007. He was sentenced to 180 days of jail on that charge.
Weber will appear in court for an initial appearance on April 24. His maximum possible sentence is five years in prison.
