FREEPORT - The Hasken Construction Extreme Makeover: Home Edition program filmed at the Stott Family home in Lena, Ill. will be screened live at 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, at Classic Cinemas' Lindo Theatre in Freeport. Following the program, viewers also will be the first to see an hour of behind-the-scenes video and photos taken at the build. All proceeds from the showing go to the SportsPlex athletic facility, a secondary initiative promoted through the home build project.
Tickets are $10 for adults and children, cash or check only, and may be purchased at the Lindo Theatre box office, 115 S. Chicago Ave., during regular box office hours beginning Monday. Seating is limited to one theater only.
Souvenir booklets, with about 100 full-color pages and 50 stories, will be available for purchase at the theater beginning Nov. 15. In addition, DVDs will be available after the program airs on television. Proceeds for both also will support the SportsPlex.
