MONROE -Area children who want to make sure their wishes are known to Old St. Nick are invited to submit a letter to Santa Claus for publication in The Monroe Times' annual "Letters to Santa" special section. Santa, a loyal reader of the Times, uses this section to help compile his list for Christmas Eve deliveries. The section will be published in the Times on Thursday, Dec. 19.
