MONROE — City residents may begin raking leaves into the gutter in windrows on Monday for collection at no cost.

Leaves will be picked up until the first significant snowfall.

Those with questions can contact the Street Department between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 608-329-2490.
