Tuesday, August 3

The Monroe Housing Authority board will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the Community Room at Churchill Woods Apartments. Unvaccinated attendees must be masked. Agenda items include financial updates, approval of financial statements for July and August, a general office report and maintenance updates.

The Lafayette County Ag and Extension Education Committee will meet at 9 a.m. via Zoom Teleconference and in the multipurpose building. Agenda items include updates on the Area 17 extension director position and the health and well-being educator position. 

The Lafayette County Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 6 p.m. in the multipurpose building. Agenda items include discussion and possible actions on legal counsel for failing septic systems not handled by Corp Council and discussion and possible action on the 2022 Lafayette County Budget.

The Lafayette County Land Conservation Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the multipurpose building. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on animal waste storage, nutrient management ordinance, budget carryover, purchase of new vehicle for LCD and the 2022 Lafayette County budget.

The Green County Finance and Accounting Committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the Green County Courthouse Boardroom. Agenda items include discussion and possible action on Resolution 8-1-21, appointments of Broadband Ad Hoc Committee and Green County Rural Broadband Expansion Guidance Policy; creation of separate IT oversight committee and upgrades to county election equipment.


Wednesday, August 11

The Green County emergency Planning Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in the Green County Sheriff’s Department’s Training Room. Agenda items include Election of LEPC Chair, re-appointment of members, designate and approve Compliance Inspector delegated to Wisconsin Emergency Management, review of Hazardous Material Strategic Plan, site plans for fiscal year 2021, and annual computer/hazmat grant, plus reports from committee members and a demonstration from Wisconsin Hazmat Online Planning and Reporting System.
