On Wednesday, Oct. 14, the Juda School Board:
Approved the 2009 tax levy of $1,263,752.
Approved the 66:30 agreement with the Monroe School District.
Approved the inter-district agreement with Albany for Special Ed Director/Psychologist.
Learned "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" will be presented Nov. 13-14 at the school.
Was told some staff members are considering organizing an "Early Bird" study time running from 7:20 to 7:48 a.m. for students who need help with homework.
Learned the library sold $3,000 worth of books at the recent book fair.
Appointed Dennis Pfingsten as Wisconsin Association of School Boards delegate for the convention in January.
Learned the Policy Committee has updated the School Wellness Policy.
Approved Ballard Brick and Landscaping for snow removal contingent on checking of references.
Received an Education for Employment plan to review and consider for approval at next month's board meeting.
