MONROE TOWNSHIP - A Freeport woman was arrested Friday for vehicle theft after a deputy stopped her for speeding on Wisconsin 69 and learned the vehicle was allegedly stolen.

Alicia E. Johnson, 22, was arrested for one count of driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and cited for no valid driver's license and jailed pending court.
