MONROE - To help people learn skills to cope with grief during the holiday season, Monroe Clinic Hospice is offering a "Handling the Holidays" program from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10 at the St. Camillus Center, 2101 6th St.
The program will help participants:
Identify common holiday concerns.
Explore depression as a part of grieving.
Develop practical strategies to handle the holiday season.
Discuss the role of spiritual comfort during the holidays.
Create ways to remember loved ones.
