MONROE - Monroe residents can attend health screenings to examine their risk for cardiovascular disease and other illnesses at a community screening.
The Monroe Moose Lodge will host screenings July 29 by Life Line Screening, a Texas-based health and wellness company that provides similar screening services throughout the U.S.
The screenings can check for risk factors such as arterial plaque buildup, cholesterol levels, bone density, kidney and thyroid function and diabetes risk.
