MONROE - Kris Hasse has filed to run in the November elections for Green County Coroner.
Hasse has held the position of coroner for three years and has worked in the coroner's office for 17 years. She began as a deputy coroner but was elected in 2010.
Hasse said she is "overwhelmed," by the amount of support she has received while employed in her position.
"I would really like to thank everyone for the support from past and present," she said.
Hasse also works part-time for her husband as a land surveyor for Hasse Surveying. She is married to Todd Hasse and they have two children.
