On May 9:

● At approximately 6:36 p.m., Deputies responded to the N8700 block of County Highway E, Town of Brooklyn, for a report of an accident. Investigations found Jayden T Obel, 17, of Albany, was northbound on County Highway E when his vehicle entered the gravel portion of the shoulder and he entered the East ditch. Obel denied injury, reported wearing his seatbelt, and no airbag deployment. Obel’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and towed from the scene.

On May 10:

● At 3:16 p.m., Deputies responded to the W9000 block of STH 11, in the Town of Cadiz, for a reported suspicious activity.  The investigation resulted in Robert W. Allen, 42, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for a Probation Violation.  Allen was additionally cited for Obstructing an Officer.  Allen was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail. 

On May 11:

● At 12:23 p.m., Deputies stopped Jennifer L. Schaub, 29, of Williamsburg, IA, for speeding in the W5000 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe.  The investigation resulted in Schaub being cited for Possession of THC (25 grams or less), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Speeding. Schaub was later released pending court.
