MONROE — The Green County Sheriff’s Office is offering Citizen Response to Active Shooter Event, or C.R.A.S.E. training to the community from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 14 in the Green County Justice Center, lower level, 2841 6th St., Monroe.
