(Photo supplied by the Green County Historical Society)
Historical photographs do not have to be 50 or 100 years old. Remember that yesterday is now history. This photograph of a train was made from a color slide taken by Rich Kundert and processed in April 1978. It was in the collection of Bob and Evelyn Hahlen and donated to the historical society by their children. Anyone who can identify the location of this farm and the bridge that the train is passing over or who has questions about the historical society may contact Matt Figi at 608-325-6503 or mfigi48@tds.net. The museum is open from 1 to 4 p.m. every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through October. Plan a visit soon to see the new displays.
