Green County Family YMCA receives grant

MONROE — The Green County Family YMCA, Inc. announces that it has received a $1,500 grant from the Dr. Fred W. and Alice J. Kundert Charitable Fund and the Monroe Fund of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc. to support their project entitled “Gym Padding.”

This grant is made available from the Community Foundation’s Dr. Fred W. and Alice J. Kundert Charitable Fund and the Monroe Fund. The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin is a resource for area nonprofit organizations whose programs and services are working for the betterment of local communities. Grants from the Dr. Fred W. and Alice J. Kundert Charitable Fund and the Monroe Fund have supported the arts, education, environment, health and human services and historic preservation.
