Gov. Tony Evers speaks with reporters about the historic flooding that exceeded 17 feet in Darlington recently during a visit to the city on March 26. 

Evers toured parts of the state affected by flooding by first visiting the town of Fond du Lac’s fire station and a private home there in the morning before traveling to Darlington in the afternoon, meeting officials and others at the multipurpose building before walking along downtown Main Street.
