MONROE - A Monroe man charged with sexually assaulting two girls over the course of more than a decade was arrested and jailed at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday after he allegedly was at his family's residence, a violation of his bond conditions, according to a press release issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department.

Greg P. Gogin, 55, was arrested by police in Verona, where he now lives, online court records indicate. He was turned over to a GCSD deputy, the release said.

GCSD Chief Deputy Thomas Moczynski said Wednesday that police received a phone call and a walk-in complaint alleging that Gogin had been at the Monroe residence, though by the time police got there he had left. He will be charged with bail jumping and violating a court-ordered injunction, Moczynski said.

Court records indicate prosecutors filed a motion Wednesday to revoke Gogin's bail.

He signed a $50,000 cash and signature bond June 1, according to police documents. He has been ordered not to have contact with his former residence, and not to be in Monroe except for court dates, meetings with his attorneys and previously scheduled medical and dental appointments.

Gogin has a preliminary hearing July 13.
