MONROE - The City of Monroe reminds garage sale participants that the registration deadline to be included on the city-wide garage sale map is 4 p.m. Thursday.
Monroe's spring two-day city-wide garage sales will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 6 and 7, rain or shine. Registration forms are available at the Monroe Pick 'n Save and Piggly Wiggly stores and the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Industry office. Registration costs $10.
