MONROE - The Friends of the Monroe Public Library is looking for individuals to serve on its board of directors. The board meets monthly to consider and organize projects that enhance the library. The Friends of the Library supports the mission of the Monroe Public Library, helps raise funds for the enhancement and expansion of Library services, assists with volunteer opportunities, and promotes library programs and services to the community.
