MONROE - From April 18 to May 20, items requiring a freon sticker - including refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, and dehumidifiers - will be picked up curbside at the reduced cost of $15 per sticker.
Stickers must be purchased at City Hall or the street department administration building. Items are picked up the rest of the year on an individual basis and at higher cost.
