TOWN OF MONROE - A traffic stop on a vehicle Monday morning just outside Monroe city limits led to meth-related charges against four Iowans, according to the Green County Sheriff's Office. Passenger Joshua R. Saunders, 39, Audubon, Iowa, was arrested and jailed on charges of possessing methamphetamine and meth-related drug paraphernalia. The driver, Joseph M. Zaiger, 35, also of Audubon, was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speeding and possessing meth-related drug paraphernalia.
