MARTINTOWN - A flood warning affecting Green County continues for the Pecatonica River at Martintown.
Minor flooding is occurring, but the river is expected to fall below flood stage by late Saturday morning. County MM was reopened Friday afternoon, after being closed since Tuesday, according to Jeff Wunschel, Green County Highway Commissioner. All other county roads are open.
The National Weather Service issued the flood warning at 10:50 a.m. Friday. The Pecatonica River was at 16.3 feet. Flood stage is 13.5 feet.
