Firm welcomes hydrologist

MONROE - Fehr-Graham & Associates (FGA) Engineering & Environmental Science Consultants, recently welcomed Lori Huntoon as a Senior Project Hydrogeologist in their Monroe office.

A professional geologist with 19 years of industry experience and a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Huntoon will be responsible for the successful management of compliance, site assessment and remediation, and brownfield redevelopment projects. She will also lead business development efforts in the Wisconsin region, providing full environmental services to municipalities and manufacturing industries, and spearheading FGA's support of Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs).

Prior to joining FGA, Huntoon was Chief of the Technical Section of Wisconsin's Petroleum Cleanup Fund (PECFA) and consultant to a variety of clients including municipalities, state and Federal agencies, and industry.

She has served as president of the Wisconsin Ground Water Association, board of director of the National Ground Water Association, co-chair of Wisconsin Women Environmental Professionals, ASTM Subcommittee D18.21 on Ground Water Monitoring, and ASTM Subcommittee E50 on Environmental Assessment, Risk Management and Corrective Action.
