MONROE — A free yard waste drop-off for Monroe residents will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Streets and Sanitation Department, 1064 5th Ave., Monroe. This will be the last free yard waste drop off for this year.

Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, garden plants, sticks and branches. For more information, see the city’s website at www.cityofmonroe.org.
