DARLINGTON — Four people face charges after a fight over drugs at a residence on Main Street, according to Darlington Chief of Police Jason King.

Three people were arrested and a fourth person cited after police and Lafayette County deputies responded to the home for a complaint of disorderly conduct at about 1:45 p.m. Nov. 23.

Robert J. Erstad, 50, and Christopher A. Rielly, 41, both of Darlington, were arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were booked and later released pending court.

Joseph A. Lenoir, 20, Madison, was cited for possession of marijuana and referred to the Lafayette County District Attorney’s Office for battery and disorderly conduct charges. He was also released.

Katie M. Moffett, 37, Darlington, was arrested and jailed on a warrant out of Dane County for a felony charge of possessing narcotic drugs. She was also referred to the District Attorney’s Office for a charge of possessing a controlled substance and cited for possessing drug paraphernalia.

Green County EMS of Darlington assisted officers on scene. No additional charges are anticipated, according to King.
