DODGEVILLE - Rep. Steve Hilgenberg, D-Dodgeville, is getting support from some high places.
U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wisconsin, came Monday to Dodgeville for a campaign rally in a home there.
Feingold praised Hilgenberg's Impartial Justice Bill, which calls for the creation of a system of full public financing of state Supreme Court elections.
