MONROE - With signs of spring in the air, summer can not be far behind, and with summer comes the fair.

The 2010 Green County Fair is scheduled for July 21 to 25.

The entertainment schedule for this year includes a variety of free and paid entertainment.

Paid shows include country music group "Lonestar," Saturday evening, along with two demolition derbies.

The fair will be offering online ticket sales for the first time this year.

Starting at 12 a.m., April 15, online ticket sales will begin for the "Lonestar" concert and the two demolition derbies. Purchasers will be able to go online and select reserved or general seating for these events. There will be a limit of 10 tickets per purchase for the demolition derbies.

Tickets will be held at the Will Call window for pickup any time during the fair.

The ticket line can be accessed through the fair's Web site, www.greencountyfair.net. Tickets also will be available at the Fair Ticket Office during the fair.

The free shows include the Three Hills Rodeo, Wednesday; Badger State Tractor Pull, Thursday; the horse pull, Friday; Maggie Mae Country Music Show, also Friday; and harness racing, Sunday.
