MONROE - The Foreign Type Cheesemaker's Association in Monroe is inviting entries to the Green County Fair Cheese Competition.
The Green County Fair entry forms must be in the fair office by 5 p.m. July 6. Any licensed cheesemaker or cheese factory operator may enter the contest. There is no requirement that entrants be from Green County. Multiple entries by the same cheesemaker per class are allowed as long as each entry is a different type of cheese. All entries not placed in the correct class will be moved appropriately by the judges.
