APPLE RIVER, Ill. — The Eagle Nature Foundation, ENF, will be sponsoring a fund-raising Fall Bird Seed Sale on Nov. 14. 

They will have 26 different varieties of wild bird seeds and pet food with various bag weights and eight varieties of suet cakes available. Anyone interested in getting their bird seed supply or pet food supply for the winter should contact ENF’s office to get a list of the different seeds and pet foods available and the prices of each variety and size of the bags. Any and all purchases help ENF raise needed funds for its on-going research, preservation and educational programs to help the bald eagle and other endangered species.

All seeds must be ordered and paid for in advance, before Nov. 10. Then, on Nov. 14, any seed or pet food that has been ordered will be available for pick-up between the hours 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 8384 North Broadway, 1/2 mile south of Apple River. If this date for the seed and pet food pickup is impossible, then when you order your seeds let ENF know when you will be able to pick them up as soon after that date as possible.
