MONROE — Dog licenses are now available for renewal and purchase at City Hall, 1110 18th Avenue.

Dog Park License Fees are $30 per year for the first dog and $5 per year for each additional dog. Applications are available online at cityofmonroe.org. Applications may be dropped off in person, at the city dropbox, or mailed to City Clerk, 1110 18th Ave, Monroe, WI 53566.

Included the entire application packet, documentation from the veterinarian confirming Rabies and Bordatella vaccinations are current and the appropriate fees. Upon renewal/purchase of the dog park license, owners will receive a code card with the current gate code for the dog park.

In order to purchase a dog park license, a current dog license within the municipality that you reside must be obtained. By completing the dog park license application, the City of Monroe Dog License can also be renewed if appropriate fees are included. City of Monroe Dog License fees are $9 for each spayed or neutered dog and $29 for each unaltered dog.
