Ted McDermott digs trenches for the utilities as part of the Backyard LTD project that is adding nine new campsites to the Pecatonica River Trails Park in Darlington. The project will feature electrical, water and sewer hookups at each site. Work has been moving forward with occasional stoppage for weather events.
