MONROE - Nominations are being accepted for the 2011 Green County Dairy Days Ag Awards. The categories are: Ag Business Woman Under 40, Ag Business Woman Over 40 and Oldest Active Farm couple.
The contest is open to an Ag/Business woman or couple who is an active part of an operation of business with buildings located in the school districts or villages in Green County. Previous winners are not eligible.
Winners will be honored at the Dairy Queen's banquet in Brodhead on Thursday, June 16 and will be recognized again at 8 p.m. Sunday, June 19 before the crowning of the 2011 Green County Dairy Queen and Princess.
