NEW GLARUS - The Green County Dairy Day Parade is at noon Saturday, in New Glarus.
The parade will begin at the New Glarus Home, 600 2nd Ave. It will travel along 3rd Avenue and turn right on 2nd Street. When the parade gets to 5th Avenue there will be a left turn going to Railroad Street turning left again and ending near the park.
The crowning of the Green County Dairy Queen and the Green County Dairy Princess will follow the parade. This will take place about 1:30 p.m. at the New Glarus Chamber/Depot, Railroad Street. Bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit in the grass for the program.
In case of rain, the Dairy Queen Crowning will be held at the New Glarus Fire Department, 214 4th Ave.
