MONROE - Green County UW Extension and Green County Leaders will host a poverty simulation from 1 to 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12 in the Monroe Middle School practice gym.
For people who regularly interact with families in poverty who would like to develop an understanding of what it is like to live in a limited income family, the Green County UW Extension Poverty Simulation is an opportunity to build an awareness of the realities faced by those in our county who struggle with poverty.
